Our Real Estate Company:
Our Real Estate Firm is called Find A Home Carolina. We previously worked with one of the largest real estate franchises in the country. After several years with them, we outgrew that relationship and started our own independent firm so that we could offer our clients the kind of exceptional customer service that mega firms cannot.
Our Emphasis is on Working with Buyers. We have helped hundreds of Home Buyers from all across the country and beyond with the Search, Evaluation, Negotiation, Inspection, and Purchase of their home. We believe strongly that we can help buyers make better educated decisions, save significant money and reduce their stress.

Background - Graduated University of Wisconsin / B.S. Business Management. Previous careers include owning a small chain of gift/gourmet stores for 18 years as well as corporate jobs in sales management, marketing, and information technology for both small and large companies.
"I was born and lived in Wisconsin for many (cold) years! While it was a great state to grow up in and raise kids in, the thrill of shoveling snow passed. When we realized that we could live anywhere, we did extensive research and chose to relocate to the Lake Norman area north of Charlotte. Now, I am very proud to be a North Carolinian."

I work long days - often showing 20+ houses in a single day. I climb ladders on construction sites, tromp through the mud showing vacant lots, and drive a sport utility vehicle that has hauled lots of clients and their kids to see lots of houses. Both me & my vehicle have some miles & experience under our belts!
