If you are only searching for Foreclosures in this market, you are making a big mistake.

This is a very strong & healthy real estate market. Less than 1.4% of all properties sold here each month are either Foreclosures or Short Sales.

National investment companies buy up all the decent, lower-priced foreclosures sold at the courthouse. There are very few decent foreclosure properties left over for the individual buyer or small investor.

In most cases, you will find better values among regular sales, corporate relocation sales, and other traditional sales.
