I started my search in the suburbs of Charlotte and then ended up completely changing my mind half way through and decided that I wanted to look in the downtown area. *"Finding an “affordable” waterfront home on Lake Norman can be a daunting chore – many are over priced or have features that can be overstated. The first thing to do is to find a knowledgeable Realtor – we were fortunate enough to team up with Wayne. Not only does Wayne intimately know the area, he is an expert in listening to the Customer, understanding their needs vs. wants, and is totally Customer driven.
