River Run Neighborhood - Davidson, NC

The neighborhood of River Run is built around the golf course of the same name. It is located a couple miles east of downtown Davidson and Davidson College. It is a large, spread-out neighborhood with about 750 homes. Most homes were built between 1990 and 2008. They recently opened a couple new satellite phases where new homes are selling very quickly

There is a wide range of homes sizes and prices, but the majority of recent sales in the original section are in the high $600's to $900's with the homes being built in the new phase priced mostly in the $800's to $1m. There is a small sub-section of patio homes with yard maintenance included for higher fees. There is also a section of slightly smaller homes on smaller lots on one edge of the neighborhood priced mostly in the $400's - $500's.

River Run ClubThe current HOA fees of $750 per year are for common area maintenance. The golf club has a large amenity center with multiple pools and tennis courts in addition to golf. All amenities are available through optional golf club memberships. There is also a pool & clubhouse on one end of the neighborhood separate from the Club memberships that offers use for a lower annual fee.
