Birkdale Neighborhood - Huntersville. NC

The neighborhood of Birkdale is located across Hwy73 from the very popular Birkdale Village shopping and dining area. The neighborhood has two distinct sides divided by the parkway. The golf course of the same name is on the east side of the neighborhood and the larger, more expensive homes, many with brick, are on that side. Within that side is a sub-section called The Links with the largest, most expensive homes. On the west side of the parkway, homes and lots are somewhat smaller and less expensive but still nice.

All homes share the same great community amenity center where you will find a clubhouse, adult and kiddie pools, tennis and volleyball courts. All of these amenities are included in the HOA fees which are currently $746/year. Golf memberships are separate and available though the golf club. Many social events are held at the clubhouse.
