I constantly monitor and review all new home listings and price reductions in my key market areas. As professional, full-time, agents, I have no allegiance to any particular listing firm. I look for the best values in the nicest neighborhoods and rare or unusual properties. I like to share properties of special interest with my buyers. 

I email a newsletter (nearly) each Sunday morning with featured listings.  It is a fun way to monitor what is going on across this market whether you are actively seeking a new home or just starting to consider moving.

The status shown on each featured listing is Live and current. If a property goes Under Contract, you will see the Status change. Listings in my newsletter often go under contract, soon after the mailing goes out.
