Sailview Neighborhood - Denver, NC

Sailview is a very attractive "Crescent Community" on the west side of Lake Norman. It is the largest established neighborhood on that side of the lake and arguably the most popular. It has about 500 home sites including some lots being held by individuals for future building. Most homes were built between 1998 and 2007 with a few newer. Some homes were built by high-end local custom home builders and others by semi-custom regional builders.
