Birkdale Village Neighborhood - Huntersville, NC

Birkdale Village is a charming neighborhood located directly behind the very popular shopping and dining destination of the same name. Homes in Birkdale Village are mostly smaller with small yards. There are some larger homes along the outside edge and some townhomes along one side of the neighborhood. All are popular with down-sizers and young professionals who like being able to walk to everything including Starbucks and don't need to have a lot of house or yard to maintain. There is a community pool and tennis courts. There are green spaces and the neighborhood is dog-friendly. It is meant to have a Main Street, USA feel to it. 

Homes in this neighborhood tend to sell very quickly and are priced at some of the highest per square foot in the area. The Birkdale Village shopping center is a great place for shopping, dining, drinks, the movies, or people-watching.
