The northeast corner of Charlotte that borders the southeast edge of Huntersville is another popular destination for home buyers that want city conveniences but still be within 20-30 minutes of Lake Norman. It is divided into subsections off of a main parkway with a wide variety of builders. There are 5 community pools, many tennis courts, a small fitness center and many miles of walking trails. It is built around a golf course. Besides Highland Creek, there are many smaller neighborhoods located in northeast Charlotte in all price points.
