Background 

Graduated Ryerson University Toronto / Bachelor of Commerce and later in life, University of Cincinnati / B.S. Geology.  Previous careers include Marketing and Communications for the U.S. Subsidiary of a Canadian company that manufacture products for those with physical disabilities, as well an Environmental Consultant testing, monitoring, and reporting of soil and groundwater contamination. In addition to real estate experience, I have an extensive background in business and marketing/sales, including writing, advertising, designing, consulting, and negotiating. 

Born and raised in Toronto and made my way to glorious Lake Norman via, Richmond VA, Cincinnati OH, and Greenville NC. Are you relocating to the Charlotte area from another state or country? Boy, can I relate to that! After researching the whole country when I lived in Canada, I came to Charlotte for the first time for a quick visit back in the 1990s. It was then that I knew I could live in North Carolina. I fell in love with the state, and years later was fortunate enough to make it home.

I cannot make the process worry free because buying a home is kind of a "big deal." However; together we can divide the massive “To Do” list and I will take much of the burden from your shoulders. I work long days, usually seven days a week. I take pride in being available when my clients are available. I enjoy “showing off” the Lake area! I love what I do and enjoy meeting new people. I am proud to count many past clients among my closest friends. I have had the pleasure of raising several rescued fur children: RIP to my kitties, Casey, Le Stat, and Kitty-boo. My senior citizen dog, Wylie, is my constant companion and I spend as much time with him, as I can. My fiancee, Corey, is my greatest fan, and I just couldn’t see my hectic life, without him by my side! I am the proud “to-be" step-parent of Josh and Ashlee, and my step-grandson, 5 year old Maverick! I'm a dedicated Caroline Panthers fan, pictured in my Jersey with Casey.

If you prefer to work with an agent that meets you wearing designer clothes, spike heels, and big hair driving a spotless vehicle, then it's likely our first meeting -- I work long days - often showing 10+ houses in a single day. I climb ladders on construction sites, tromp through the mud showing vacant lots, climb into attics, and meet vendors on-site. And, I work really hard on washing my car once a week. Ha! I will work just as tirelessly for you.
