Harbour at The Pointe Neighborhood - Mooresville, NC

The Harbour at The Pointe is located adjacent to the higher-end neighborhood of The Point. It is a very social neighborhood with an amenity center that includes a clubhouse, pool, tennis and a volleyball court. Some homes are waterfront and some of the other have deeded community boat slips. Home sizes range greatly as do prices. You can find off-water homes in the high $400's to $600's and waterfront homes mostly from the $800's to $2m. The neighborhood is assigned to very popular schools.
